My mom ordered a bike from here. She was very hesitated because she was buying it online and also how much the bike cost. My bike was here in 3 days and we had no problems. My mom will diffently buy from here again.
SGV messed up my order. I purchased a Golden Cycles fixie that was actually out of stock, so they fixed it and sent me a bike that is almost TWICE the price of the one I purchased. They offered to swap out some parts to make it match the bike I wanted, and even after the customization, the bike got to me within 5 days, though the chain was tight on arrival (perhaps this is for safety in shipping).
i ordered an aventon mataro low and it came within 4 days. was easy to assemble if you have the tools. SGV really did a great job but one bad thing was that my frame came with a small paint chip on it, but it doesnt bother me. thanks sgv for the good shipping and the good prices
